Refund Policy on Moto Animals.

Before ordering the product, please study our refund policy and if necessary, contact us, we will answer all your questions.

When reaching out regarding an issue with specific product(s), be sure to attach a clear photo of the item(s). This will allow us to provide a quick and easy resolution.

REFUND POLICY

If there is an issue with the order you receive, please click the “Contact Us” button. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 14 days of receiving your order.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for Rush shipping, and twelve hours for standard shipping, or once the campaign ends (whichever comes first).

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to address any concerns you have.

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

Incorrect size

Please review the size chart or contact us for size clarification. We do not accept returns due to fit issues. We can offer a return or send new items only if an error was made on our end. In that case, you’ll receive a replacement and may keep the original items

RETURNS

Please keep in mind, for certain situations, we may ask you to return your item in order to process a resolution for you.
